About Kayser Ridge

Kayser Ridge Retreat and Learning Center is a mountain-top lodge located in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

Cliff Kayser, founder and president of Xperience LLC, built Kayser Ridge in order to provide an intimate environment where small teams could tap into their highest potential, collectively and individually. Kayser Ridge is a place to accomplish big things and Xperience “IT” — physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development.

Located just two hours away from Washington, D.C., Kayser Ridge is a beautiful log lodge situated on top of a 20-acre mountain that is two miles from Cacapon State Park and 12 miles from Berkeley Springs State Park.

The lodge features 3,000 square feet of interior space, including five bedrooms/sleeping areas, four full bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, a conference area with breakout space, high-speed wireless, two gas fireplaces — and much more.

Eight sets of French doors lead to another 3,000 square feet of deck space for meeting and relaxing — including taking in the splendor of spiritual rock gardens, a nearby pond and stream, and a 360° view of four states (PA, MD, VA, and WV).
